I sent tokens, but nothing happened. What now?
Make sure the tokens were sent to the exact temporary address shown during your session. If the address or amount is incorrect, the swap will not be executed.
If you are unsure, open a support request through the Pridexa contact form or community chat.
My swap is delayed. Is it stuck?
Delays are normal. Each swap includes randomized timing to protect your session. Some swaps complete in seconds, others may take several minutes depending on traffic and randomization parameters.
I can’t find my Dust points.
Dust is tracked per session and may not be instantly visible. If your wallet or receiving address does not match the routing logic, your Dust may not be recorded for that swap.
Why didn’t I get ETH for my Dust?
ETH is distributed during reward cycles. If the claim cycle hasn’t started or if your wallet didn’t qualify for this round, you won’t see a claim yet. You can always check your leaderboard status and wait for the next cycle.
I want to cancel a trade after sending. Can I?
No. Once tokens are sent to a temporary wallet and the process begins, it cannot be reversed. There are no signable approvals, but the action itself is final once initiated.
My token isn’t showing up in the interface.
Tokens without enough liquidity or flagged by security filters may be hidden automatically. Ensure your token has a clean pool and meets the safety requirements for display.
